历史性的一刻!

昨晚摩掌擦拳要做一道西红柿炒鸡蛋,要知道除了炒鸡蛋我还没做过任何菜,这对我已经是个挑战了。买好菜回到住处先给大姐打电话,这道菜虽简单但吃了这么多回只有她做的最好吃,当然要向高手请教。以下是详细攻略:

准备工作就不再赘述,先把鸡蛋放盐搅拌后炒,炒毕用盘盛出,余油炒西红柿直到微烂,重新倒入鸡蛋混合炒两分钟,使西红柿和鸡蛋相互入味,再放入蒜茸、白糖和少量醋炒两分钟,呵呵,香喷喷好吃看得见的西红柿炒鸡蛋就出锅啦!
